生協加入は手書きの加入申込書の郵送にてお手続き可能です。
下記フォームに回答いただきましたら、加入申込書を送付致します。
　　You can join the Keio Co-op by mailing a handwritten application form.
　　Please fill out the form below, and we will send you the application form.


加入申込書が届きましたら、下記の流れで手続をお済ませください。(詳しくは送付資料をご確認ください。)
１．加入申込書・払込取扱票にご記入ください。
２．出資金・共済掛金・保険料をゆうちょ銀行（郵便局）で払い込んでください。
３．ゆうちょ銀行で渡される「振替払込受付払込証明書（お客様用）」を加入申込書に貼付して、返信用封筒でお送りください。
　　When you receive the application form, please follow the steps below to complete the procedure.
　　１．Fill out the enclosed application form.
　　２．Then, make a deposit at the Japan Post Bank using the payment and deposit form.
　　３．Finally, bring a copy of the deposit slip and your application form to the co-op store or send them by post in a reply envelope.
