小金井（工学部）キャンパスに自転車で通学・通勤し駐輪するためと隣接する欅寮・桜寮駐輪場を使用する寮生の「自転車登録申込みフォーム」です。

東京農工大学小金井キャンパスでは、自転車を利用する場合、1台1台に登録が必要です。
欅寮・桜寮の寮生は、寮の駐輪場を利用する場合、小金井キャンパスでの自転車登録とは別に寮生用の自転車登録が必要です。

このフォームは、インターネットで登録の申込みを受け付けるためのフォームページです。
インターネットでの申込みが終了したら、できるだけ早い時期に生協事務所（総合会館2Ｆ）にて登録料の支払いとシールの発行を申請してください。

This is “Bicycle Registration Form” for those who go to Koganei campus (Faculty of Engineering) by bicycle and stay in Keyaki-ryo dormitory or Sakura-ryo dormitory.

Registration for each bicycle is needed at Koganei campus in TUAT.
For dorm students in Keyaki-ryo and Sakura-ryo、another registration is required besides this form to use the dorm parking lots.
This form is an online application in order to register.
After you finish applying, please come to the co-op office (2F, Multipurpose Hall) to pay a registration fee and get a seal as soon as possible.
